Good for the Family

John Twohig

"The good times I had with my family as a Scout are definitely memorable. During the holidays, we always seem to recount a story or two. Heck, I still love to look at the Pinewood Derby cars my son and I built." –John Twohig

Many Scouting activities are done as a family, from working on achievement awards at home, to camping trips and activities, to attending ceremonies that celebrate personal Scouting accomplishments. Scouting gives parents and children time. Time that strengthens family and builds good lifetime memories.
